Yes — we have delivered ERP systems inside government departments and design HIPAA-conscious architectures for healthcare data. We are comfortable with on-premise deployments, strict audit requirements and the paperwork that comes with them.

As a default, not a feature. Encryption at rest and in transit, least-privilege access, tenant isolation up to database-per-tenant, audit trails and secrets management are part of our standard build — because retrofitting security is always more expensive than including it.
